Well late last night started out by playing "Real People" (which Kara won due to all her stereotypes), then we went outside and cooked hotdogs over an open flame around 11:30 at night.  We all eventually went to sleep in Acorn Hill.  This morning we all woke up and had breakfast around 10am and we left to hit the Shanandoah National Park.  We saw many different overlooks from Skyline Drive, which were beautiful.  We stopped about halfway on the hills at Skyland for lunch.  Here we all had a decent lunch! After we explored the gift shop we went on a hike on the Appalachian Trail for about a mile.  We did not encounter any animals while walking however while driving we saw quite a few deer and birds.  After we left the trail we went and got some delicious ice cream before we came back to the cabins to BBQ.  We got back and started up the grill and marinated the steaks.  Then Taryn, Katrina, and I cooked the steak and corn on the grill while the others made the beans and salad.  The meal took a while to cook however it was delicious and well worth the wait.  We cleaned up and now are all waiting for the fire so that we can make smores and enjoy our last night in the woods!
